Lost in the waves
A few words
This is our jam entry for the Brackeys jam 2024.2 ! The theme was "calm before the storm". After a entire day brainstorming, we came up with this idea of a Dredge-like game twisted with a card game where you play a fisherman who need to upgrade his boat in order to pass through the storm 🛥️. We really hope that you'll like it as it's our best game jam entry so far !

Really nice game! The dialogue system is cool, and the overall concept and feel are great. Unfortunately, I didn't have any fish in my inventory when I got back to the town, but overall, I thought it was very well executed.
Oh my, really sorry to hear that. The thing that we missed is that it's hard for player to notice they need to drag'n'drop the fish to their inventory in the top right corner of the fishing game panel (or at list right click on it)... Almost every player struggle to figure this so we'll definitely do it a different way next time !

Not strange at all don't worry. Thanks a lot for your review ! That's what we'll work on soon I think but we couldn't do it in time due to the jam's duration.
really chill and fun, except for how long it took for me to get why the fish i got didn't automatically go to my inventory, but still, you did good job
